'It started off kind of awkward since we had to wait three hours for our water to be working in our room because of a leak in our bathroom. But the hotel staff were nice, and they explained that it would be done as soon as possible. However, on our second to last day, we were told that they needed to fix the leak again and we had to go to another room which was much smaller and not even close to the nice view we had in our original room. We mentioned that the water leak really didn't bother us....

'The room was clean and very well keep. The staff were all very kind and always willing to facilitate you even with a language barrier. The breakfast has a great selection of Brazilian dishes. My only set back was the bar didn’t have much local beers I expected to find but the cocktails were great '

'Casa do Amarelindo is a charming boutique hotel right in the city center. The location is walkable to many restaurants, attractions, shops and public transportation if needed. There was a view of All Saints Bay from our room, pool deck, and rooftop. The room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is spacious with a large walk in shower. The king size bed is huge (honestly could fit four people). My husband and I were able to really stretch out and get a good night’s sleep. The owner as well...
