The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a wall-mounted smart TV. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with an adjoining bathroom nearby. Upstairs, the bright open loft includes twin beds and access to a convenient half bath, making it a comfortable option for families or groups.

Outdoor living
A large screened lanai creates an easy indoor-outdoor flow, overlooking the lake and the 7th hole of the Sawgrass East Course. Just beyond, an open deck offers space to relax in the fresh coastal air. A shared outdoor pool is available all year and sits just steps away, with a newly renovated sun deck for quiet afternoons close to home.
