Negatief: Personeel en service, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
I was met by a friendly staff member, who was very helpful. The room I was given was dirty. The staff member quickly changed my room to a room in the back of this hotel that is on the ground floor. In this area the rooms are all on the ground floor. There were a few problems that are not worth mentioning, but not being able to get the water warm enough to shower was concerning. My main and most upsetting concern was at 9 PM on the night of March 24. A truck was running in that area out in front of my room. I called and spoke to someone at the front desk. She informed me she was with another customer and would handle it as soon as possible. At 9:40 I received a bang on my door, it was who I assume is the front desk person and the man that is driving the truck. I did not answer the door as I did not feel safe. I now hear the man say well the lights are out must be sleeping and they both walked away and the truck stayed running out front of my room all night long. I was not able to sleep due to the noise of the truck and I was now in fear. Why would she bring this man to my door? I should have called the authorities. I had to stay up all night and listen to that truck while I feared they knew where I was staying.
