'Few properties have an indoor pool and hot tub at this price, so that's a nice perk. Important if you're old and on a multi-day hiking trip. However, the pool is not well maintained. VERY humid in there, locker rooms closed/taped off, like they're actively working on it/doing construction, which was the same when I stayed there a full year ago. Also, I called before booking to ask if it was worth paying extra for the "suite" and was told it has a couch and extra space, so I did pay more for that...

'Vieille chambre rétro, nous étions 2 et nous avions qu’une seule serviette. La télévision était non fonctionnelle jusqu’à temps qu’on la débranche et qu’elle se reset d’elle même. Le point le plus dérangeant: les souris. On les entendais la nuit gratter et se promener DANS LA CHAMBRE! Beaucoup d’excréments trouvés à travers la chambre dont dans la machine à café. Parfait pour dormir mais rien de plus. La piscine était belle.'

'The room was very nice with a private balcony which was great. The only thing I would suggest is some sort of welcome packet. For instance, a listing for the tv channels. It would have been very helpful to have a restaurant listing as well as what is in the area.'

'My husband and I were very impressed with the Golden Apple Inn. We went with my daughter, son in law and my grandsons, ages 12 & 8. We had rooms across the hall from each other, theirs was facing the pool and ours was facing the parking lot. We all enjoyed the pool!! The grounds were very well maintained (my son in law is a landscaper too). The ice machine, vending machines were stocked, and staff on site were absolutely charming!! We went to Storyland, which was only 4 minutes...

'Room was very clean, the fireplace was great. Expedia did a horrible job with check-in instructions. It gave hotel address but failed to mention you must check in half a mile away at another Attitash Lodge. We found the lack of information annoying and simply unprofessional. Come on Expedia......do better.'
