Flats in Jackson Hole

'Really a bad experience. The unit number they gave us was incorrect. We spent 30 minutes walking around the entire condo complex to no avail. I called the emergency number after another several minutes, the girl finally figured out what the correct unit number was. Once we did get into the unit, we were met by the smell of rancid grease in the upstairs kitchen area. We reported this to the management company. They sent a cleaner out the next day, but it barely improved the horrible smell....

'Excellent, professional, and courteous staff. The property was in a great location for all the parks and right in the middle of jackson. I will go back here.'

'Great location for Teton Village and well equipped kitchen. The property would benefit from some new flooring (carpet is heavily soiled and thread bear in places), and an improved layout in the main bedroom. You have to climb over the bed to get to the other side or open a window.'
