' It was a fully booked hotel but we were able to to find parking alright. The staff were very nice. However, our room had a very concerning odor, like must mixed with urine. The Door to our building had issues and sometimes would not open with our key card. The pancake machine and juice machine were not functioning properly. '

'I asked to sweep my my room because I feel it was a little bit dirty. The floors was dirt. I asked them if they could sweep only. They say I just have one day there. They cannot do nothing so they just gave me a broom. So I can sweep my own room'

'This hotel exceeded my expectations for the price. Nice pool area, decent hot breakfast bar and very conveniently located across from Tanger Outlet shopping and next to another shopping plaza. Not even 10 mins away from OWA and many other attractions and restaurants nearby. I will return for another stay when I’m in the Foley/Gulf Shores area. '

'Wonderful location, but the hotel is in poor repair. We stayed there 5 years ago and loved it. This time we had stains on the upholstered chairs, threadbare carpet and worn paint on bathroom vanity. We stayed three days and did not have housekeeping services. We told the front desk that we put our trash and wet towels outside the door, but they were still there in the morning.'

'The team was excellent and responded quickly to all questions or comments. The pool was clean and was in great shape for so early in the season. A small but satisfying comp breakfast with waffles, cereal, biscuits and gravy with assorted grits and oatmeal for the making. Juice and some decent coffee rounded out the meal. Located right next door to a decent Mexican Restaurant and a 24 hour convenient store that also has hot meals! Stayed 3 days .. 3 different times. Convenient to Tanger...

'Staff was very professional and helpful. Had a nice breakfast. Breakfast area was nice and clean. Pillow cases was pretty worn with yellow ting to them. There was black smudges, looked to be mascara on the top of duvet. Air conditioner worked well. Quiet. '
