'La verdad es que, para el costo, es un hotel bastante decente; sin embargo, tengo que mencionar que encontramos cucarachas en un mueble de la habitación. El personal fue muy atento y amable con nosotros, nos movieron a otra habitación enseguida; aunque ahí también nos salieron un par. Creo que un mantenimiento general y control de la plaga ayudaría mucho a mejorar. Resalto la amabilidad de todo su personal, muy atentos en todo momento.'

'The hotel is in the tourist area of Ixtapa; basically a row of big hotels where this is one of the furthest away from that centre. Approx. 450-500 yards. You will find the 'towel-people' here (claim a pool chair in the early morning) but there are still plenty available. The pool is not deeper than a yard and rather big.
