We had the privilege of staying over Christmas with a large group of family. The layout is very accommodating for multiple families to spread out with both quiet and gathering spaces. Mitch & KC’s attention to detail was very appreciated with a well-stocked kitchen, laundry, functional closets, and activities so that we could truly enjoy each other’s company comfortably within the space. We hope to be able to visit again!

Mitch and KC’s home is STUNNING. Our jaws dropped when we walked in - the photos on the listing are obviously gorgeous but seeing this place in person truly surpassed expectations. The details and organization were unlike any rental property I’ve stayed in before. The location was well situated between Ithaca, Watkins Glen, and the cider trail. We enjoyed the hot tub on chilly nights, the sitting areas were all cozy for PJ nights with the girls, and we loved having the game table for card games. It was so nice for everyone to have their own room and bathrooms (again, the details in each room were gorgeous), and we had ample parking available. Mitch took time to come out and show us around the house and provide us with tips for using different features around the property. We would definitely love to come back! The girls actually voted to stay in one night instead of our original plan of going out for dinner because they wanted more time to enjoy being in the house! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Our stay at Indulgence was absolutely perfect! We were a group of 12 women between the ages of 50 and 60, and the six bedrooms and bathrooms suited us perfectly. Every detail in the house was very clean & so thoughtfully designed, and the kitchen was even stocked with essentials to get us started until we made it to the market.During our stay, we enjoyed a chauffeured ride around the lake one day and hiked Buttermilk Falls the next. The location was ideal—just a short, easy drive to downtown Ithaca. The kitchen was so well equipped and convenient that we chose to have breakfast and dinner in, which made it easy for all of us to spend more time together.The house had everything we could possibly need: extra cuddle blankets, plenty of games, and even a second full-sized refrigerator in the game room. Some of us gathered there for Sunday football while others relaxed in the hot tub, soaking in the beautiful views. The beds and pillows were wonderfully comfortable, too!KC and Mitch were fantastic hosts—friendly, responsive, and always available if we needed anything (though they had truly thought of everything, so we never had to call). We’re already talking about returning and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for the perfect getaway!

This large, beautiful house easily accommodates 6 couples in luxurious fashion. The kitchen is large, well designed and equipped. The dining room is suited to 6 couples plus friends. There are several living/gathering spaces indoors and a great deal of living space outdoors, with a view of rolling hills and a pond. Host was gracious and made everything easy.

This is a wonderful home, exceptionally clean and comfortable, with lots of indoor and outdoor space to relax and to visit. The kitchen is well stocked with quality dining and cooking ware. Bedrooms are large and very well appointed, five of six have ensuite bathrooms. Our party included six siblings and spouses ages 55 to 75 and everyone loved the place!

The property exceeded our expectations in every way! The property had plenty of spaces for our family with several comfortable gathering areas both inside and out. Amazing property. Fully equipped kitchen. We were met by owner for check-in and he explained how to operate everything in the house. Exquisitely decorated, very comfortable and roomy. Huge game room. I can’t say enough about how special this property is. I highly recommend it for a wonderful stay at Cayuga Lake. Owners go beyond in meeting vacationers’ needs. We shall return!

Accommodations were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and included 2 refrigerators and 2 ovens which was a plus. Spacious, clean, great flow throughout the house. Our family enjoyed the many social/ living rooms, especially the library! Beautiful gardens and well tended grounds, the upscale interior and floor plan were well thought out. The hosts were quick to respond with any questions we had. Look forward to coming back next year!

8 ladies enjoying our annual girls trip. House exceeded expectations. A rare gem that is better than advertised. Excellent location to enjoy dining and attractions in Ithaca. Fabulous dining options in town Moosewood is not to be missed. Local parks are near by for waterfalls and hiking.Beautiful pastoral setting at the home. Modern amenities and convenience throughout the home. Our host was available for check in and that was a very nice touch.

Finger lakes weekend

Pristine, well maintained, beautiful home (exactly as advertised). Amenities and location were perfect as our son goes to Ithaca and is an easy 10 minute car ride to the house. Be sure to read the fine print of the contract in an effort to avoid any issues as the owners are sensitive to extra people and cars parked at the house for any reason.

Friends Getaway Weekend

The house was beautiful with 5 large bedrooms with private baths, a large table that we could all eat together and plenty of room to spread iut as well. We had 5 couples so this was wonderful. The house was newly built and decorated as it had been a barn before. We enjoyed the game and TV room after wonderful days spent hiking and at the wineries. I would recommend this property to any big group.

The name "Indulgence" does not dissapoint!

If we could give this place more stars- we would! We have stayed at dozens of rental homes over the years and this is the first place that we did not want for anything. The owners have thought of everything that you could possibly want or need and did not skimp on anything. They were also a pleasure to work with and extremely attentive with questions. The house is perfect for a larger group of adults traveling together and everything is very comfortable and stylish. Very well thought out with an attention to detail. We look forward to staying here again some day and are recommending this home to everyone!

Beautiful well equipped home

Indulgence was very well equipped and great for our family of 11 including 6 adults and 5 children aged 1-7. The home is well built and nicely decorated. The single level home was ideal - we were spread out but together! The outdoor space gave the kids a great place to run around and the hot tub was fun too. We found lots to do in the surrounding area of Ithaca with Stewart Park, hikes to several falls, the Children’s Museum. Make sure to read the rental policies from the owners - they are a little different than VRBO’s - be sure you understand their policies around payment and cancellation in particular so there are no surprises. I had several interactions with Mitch (one of the owners) and he was very helpful and prompt in answering my questions.

Fantastic rental!

This house is amazing. It looks and feels brand new and it's enormous. We couldn't have been more comfortable. Every amenity was available and the view of the pond from the back patio was great. Don't hesitate to rent it!

Great Family Stay!

The house is perfect for multiple families! Every detail has been thought of and provided. The property inside and out is in top condition and wonderfully maintained. The kitchen was great to cook in. Multiple gathering spaces kept our group engaged and entertained. Beautiful covered porch for relaxing and grilling. The owners were very responsive to questions and quickly addressed any concerns. It is perfectly situated to take advantage of the Finger Lakes region and Ithaca NY. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.
