'Once you arrive you are charged and additional premium fee as a security deposit. Why is this not included when you pay online? and they want cash? Then they say it will be refunded as soon as you check out. I am finding out that they don't do that either. Very unhappy with the front desk. '

'Room was very clean and comfortable. It was great being able to bring my Rottweiler who spent most of the time napping on the beds. The area is great for walking around and easy beach access. '

'The staff is super friendly and housekeeping did an excellent job. The room was clean and the bathroom was well stocked. The shared balcony was cleaned every morning and there is plenty of seating. It would be nice to have a few lounge chairs, though. The ocean view is beautiful and we got to see the dolphins, and it’s right on the boardwalk, so it’s close to shopping and restaurants, but far enough down from the big crowds on the upper end, but still within walking distance.
