'Stupendous and will go back again. The rooms are very spacious with a great view. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant next door was fantastic with large portions and fantastic food. We did not have time to walk around the town, but drove through and it is extremely charming.'

'This is a very nice old historic inn. It has a restaurant that serves lunch and dinner, and a bar inside, as well as a shady garden with places to sit outside as you enjoy a drink or food. 'Clean Room and Friendly Helpful staff'

'The hotel was horrible. Toilet was broken and corroded. Hotel locks wouldn’t work. Has to switch rooms and the front desk clerk was never at the desk. Washer machines wete rusted and broken. Don’t waste your money and time.'

'Had a lady help me find my room which was nice. Our room was decent, no bugs or anything suspicious. Only problem was some dried pee stains on the floor of the toilet. For a last minute booking, this was good. Area felt safe too compared to others I’ve been too.'

'The room was not cleaned, there were stains and food debris on the sheets, clear signs of bedbugs being present, all metal surfaces were rusted over, the mattresses were damp and sticky, the "staff" was a video kiosk that connected to a call center. Even after not staying in the room at all, and alerting the "staff" of all the issues and that I wanted to cancel my stay (I wasn't in the room for more than 10 minutes before deciding to leave) they refused to refund my money unless they showed me...

'Imagine a hotel that has been completely destroyed, but then remodeled and renovated, but only 80%. Whether this was an amazing place that got partially destroyed, or a fully destroyed place that got partially renovated it does not matter. Sheets and bathroom were clean, but furniture was partially destroyed.'

'The ac was strong and worked well. I enjoyed the stay. Looks shabby on the outside but it’s a good hotel I’m pleased. Shower was a little tiny but nonetheless for the price sooo worth it.'

'Staff, as always try their best. Unfortunately this property needs a lot of maintenance and it is long overdue for some new towels, sheets, comforters and some renovations. Understanding this is the Key West Inn and we were not expecting 5-star service or facilities, dingy towels/sheets take you back a little bit. Additionally, they advertise that breakfast is included, we did not get breakfast, we rang the bell several times and no one answered, when they finally answered, breakfast was not...

'There was no trash can, and the room was not cleaned very well. The towels were damp, as if they had just been used, with two of the three having stains. Luckily, I brought my own towel for traveling. The building wasn't well-kept, grass/weed growing next to the wall. It felt unsafe, and some suspicious people were hanging around the entrance and the hallway.'

'There was nothing to like about this place. A/C was di not reach in the bedroom. Place was full of roaches. Drug addicts hanging around. Sign said no dogs but the room right below me had one barking all night. I had to depart early but no one is in the office until 10. Expedia had this place rated at 7.4. Expedia needs to do a better job vetting their listings. Price was 73 dollars a night.'

'Had the best stay at Decoy's!!!! Cottage #1 exceeded our expectations - THE VIEW!!! the adorable decor, the most comfortable bedding... I could not recommend this place more. The area is super safe and kid-friendly. The cottages do not have front desk staff available in person, but everyone we spoke to over the phone was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We made the most beautiful memories here in the cottages with our family - 5 stars all around. Thank you, Decoy's!'

'The front desk worker was very rude!! They do a no refund policy to force you to pay all of there hidden fees. I booked a smoking room online to get there and be told “from her end it saids nonsmoking” so I would have to pay them a 50$ deposit or pay them a extra 25$ to get it switched to a smoking room even though I booked a smoking room so I basically paid 93 dollars for a room that was suppose to be 68$. They also have a 1$ deposit for room keys. The microwave and fridge was dirty. Someone...
