'Nice pier and ocean view, good communication prior to trip, easy check-in process, comfortable main bed'

'We were a short walk to the beach and had access to a private pier. There is plenty of local restaurants within walking distance. This truly is a beach vacation that you could unpack your car and not get back in it the entire time.'

'Weekend trip to celebrate a birthday. Wanted close to the beach and this place certainly fit the bill. Ocean front/view, first floor, which helped with carting beach stuff easier. Inside was clean and comfortable. Small but perfect for the two of us. A little hiccup in checking in early, miscommunication, but staff fixed right away. Self check in and check out was convenient. The area is very busy with large public parking. Makes for a great location to walk where needed - grocery, restaurants,...

'We enjoyed being on the beach and close enough to walk to many restaurants. The condo was very clean. Check-in was easy.'

'Disappointed, Valet parking only, but you have to go over to their station and request help with luggage. IL saw them watch a senior couple struggle with their luggage as they were talking among themselves. They didn't assist my daughter at all with loading the car. They were not busy, just no service. During my stay, the cleaner made up one bed in a 2-bed room and left the other bed unmade. When I informed them, they asked me questions about whether I had personal items on the bed, I didn't. ...

'Well appointed and immaculately clean with a great view. This isn’t a large unit but it has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.'

'Good property. Very close to the beach and private pier was excellent amenity. Property is gate coded from the public.'

'Outdated and worn. Still has a vcr (not connected) by TV and a couch from same era. No deadbolt on door, just lock on knob. Easily opened door with credit card to open latch bolt. Had difficulty checking in, management company didn't answer messages on VRBO app. Later told me that host was "remote" and local custom is to use email instead of app! Tried calling their number, but got VM, which they did not get.The location and partial view are nice, saved it from a 1 star. Overall one of the most...

'From the moment I booked at Stay and Dream Audrey has been so friendly and the communication was outstanding. I have to say our place had all the accommodations possible. Audrey definitely wants you to feel at home in every way and makes it so personable for you and your guests. The beachfront views were amazing as well as the private pier and beach access. Not to mention walking distance to so many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Thank you, Audrey for everything. We really enjoyed our...

'Great location! The private access to the beach and plenty of parking was awesome! Small condo but good for two people. The pull-out coach was not comfortable, according to my daughter.'
