Ida and her so Terren are amazing and make the entire process extremely easy. We flew from Fort Lauderdale vía Makers Air which have a ton of flights into Staniel Cay. However, the unit was not in Jubilee Subdivision . This was not a major problem as the neighborhood was nice. 'Celebrating a milestone birthday should not require constant cleaning of roaches. And the resolution was a small bottle of roach spray. After constant texting someone came and fumigated which resulted in roaches going belly up and is as paid guests to clean it up. Not cool. The response was it's the islands and there are always roaches. Not in the description before purchase. Still fighting for deposit to be returned. Stay at your own caution.'
