We loved staying at this fantastic property located on private Bills Island. It was quiet and tucked away next to the lake. Lake access was easy and convenient with the dock. The house is huge, beautiful and clean with high end touches throughout. There was plenty of common space to get together and many secluded spots for games or privacy. The host was friendly, helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Summer Vacation.

WE had a terrific time at this beautiful lakeside cabin. It had lots of space for out family of 21 people to spread out and enjoy both the lakeside location and each other. The only item that we had a problem with was the docking for the wave runners. The on-line photos show four wave runner docks all connected to the main boat dock. That photo is misleading, as the wave runner docks are not really attached to the main dock in the proper manner. The connections are broken, and the wave runner docks must have holes in them, allowing water to enter what is supposed to be a buoyant system.. I'm attaching some photos to give an idea of what I mean. The water is going out every day and we had to man handle the dock out into the water every other day to keep it floating. Only two of the wave runner docks were in the water and you can see from the photo that they were not really operable. This caused problems when trying to dock the machines for the week. This was the only issue we had for the entire week. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it highly. I have recommended that the owner attend to the problems with the wave runner docks, They should be replaced, or the photos should be removed from the web listing so as to not to create unrealistic expectations from other guests.

Best experience ever!

We loved this property! It was spacious, provided THREE refrigerators, and lots of fun things for everyone to do. Some fished, some splashed in the water, some watched movies in the amazing theater room, some played games at many locations in the home. We did have some trouble with the dishwasher not cleaning dishes on the upper rack, but left a note for the manager, and hope that can be fixed. Thanks for a GREAT experience! We hope to come back!

Super spacious with great water access.

This cabin was wonderful. There was so much room for all of our family and the personal dock was fun to have. We had some problems with getting through the gate the first day but the property manager was very responsive and helpful. One thing that wasn’t great were all the lights that were burned out. Many of the kitchen and hall can lights didn’t work and the main living room only had three dim working bulbs. The others didn’t work. That being said, those small negatives were minor compared to all the great things about this rental. Space was plentiful, having a pool room and a theater room was super fun and the kitchen tables could easily seat 30 people if needed. We would definitely rent this cabin again for our family of 21.

Amazing time here in this house on the water at Island Park. Manager was extremely helpful and the house was beautiful! Family really enjoyed the large kitchen, the firepit, the ping pong, the theater room, and especially enjoyed the spacious dock. Only one downside might be the lack of showers for a large group, but that's a small con in a sea of positives for this place.

What an incredible week we had! This is truly an amazing property in an amazing community and the pictures listed don’t even do it justice. Property was clean and the views were amazing! It was a great location and it was perfect for our large family outing. Truly a memorable trip and the house provided every amenity you could imagine. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, beds all had blankets and pillows. Wood for a fire. Movies, books. Things for every age to be entertained. We spent a majority of our time in the water and had a blast with kids, teenagers and adults. The property manager was very helpful and always available if we had questions. The only feedback is that there were some missed cleaning spots (cobwebs and some food under the beds.) We will definitely be back, exceeded all of our expectations, thank you for a great stay!!

This property has it all.

We loved our week here. The location on the lake, and the dock are ideal. The large parking area in the front of the house easily held 7 vehicles and 3 trailers. The house is much larger and better situated than the pictures suggest. The kitchen is well supplied and the adjoining pantry is huge. The 2 extra refrigerators in the garage were helpful. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds. There is a loveseat, sofa and beanbag in the theater room. We were glad we brought extra fans to help it cool off at night. The property manager was helpful and prompt. We can't say enough good about the our stay and hope to return. Thanks so much.

We stayed 8 Days. We got 5 days of rain… , a little downer with dirt roads. Nobody’s fault. We really enjoyed each other and the was enough room in the house when it rained to spread out. Very successful stay. Pros: Roomy, great ambiance, 2 large dining table that fit together. 3 large refrigerators and. a Mini. Our family enjoyed games, white elephant auction with play money, fishing was great, back yard was grassy and was fun. Parking was plentiful. Cons; Dirt and gravel roads was a surprise, great stove, but the exhaust fan did not work. Had to make three trips to the dump (no Trash Service). Only 1 Vacume for the 6k Sf house. No A/C.

Beautiful home, great location

We loved the house and the location. Everyone in our family really enjoyed being together at this home. The yard was beautiful and a great place to hang outside. The cleaning service they use needs to do a better job, there was cobwebs in all hanging light fixtures, and lots of dust on shelves, some trash left in odd places. Check-in was not super smooth because codes had been changed from what was emailed to us. After multiple calls to the caretaker we finally got it resolved. But over all we were thrilled with the home. We wouldn’t hesitate booking this house again.
