Spacious home with beautiful view. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the kids enjoyed the ping pong table and foosball in the garage. The bedroom arrangement wasn't ideal for two families of four, but overall it was a very nice property. The location was good and the drive to Yellowstone was easy.

The house was plenty spacious for our family of 5 and was in a good location for going in and out of Yellowstone everyday. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook meals each night. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful mountain views.

Comfortable, spacious house with beautiful views!!

Perfect house for our family of 5's visit to Yellowstone. Lots of space and great layout. We looked forward to coming back to the house to hang out as much as we looked forward to venturing out during the day! We weren't sure what to expect and ended up driving out of our way to hit Albertsons before driving to the house and I'm glad we did. Once at the house, the grill was great and we loved sitting on your deck and watching the beautiful sunsets. Thank you for sharing your place and helping make out trip so memorable!♥️

Black Wolf Cabin is Great

This is a beautiful home just 25 minutes from the West Yellowstone Park entrance. The home has been updated with new living room furniture and new carpeting throughout. Very clean and well stocked. Beautiful views out the front and back. We will be recommending this property to our friends.

Beautiful Location

Had a great stay here! The location is approx. 25 minutes from the west entrance of Yellowstone, which can make for some long days due to Yellowstone being so large. But we knew that ahead of time and it didn’t faze us one bit. The property is beautiful both from the backyard and the front yard, gorgeous views all around. The house had everything you could possibly need from kitchen tools to bear spray etc. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with as well. Highly recommend staying here for a yellowstone visit!

Beautiful Stay

My husband, I and another couple planned our vacation to tour the West 😊 We left Wisconsin 2.5 days prior to our check in date so we could make some stops along the way. We chose this location because it was a beautiful property, reasonably priced to split with another couple, and the location was close to the west entrance of Yellowstone as well other sites we planned to visited during our stay. Our stay at the property covered a span of 7 days. We had all the amenities we could have needed, with the exception of A/C (for those with allergies.) However we kept the windows shut and there were plenty of fans. It was very cool at night so it allowed us to open the windows until morning. We didn’t spend much time at the property during the day due to all of the sites we were visiting so it all worked out! There was plenty of space, comfortable, and the view was beautiful! So close to so many places to visit. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful views in a great location.

Beautiful home fully stocked with everything from shampoo, laundry soap, bear and bug spray, soap, paper towels, codinments, all dishes and any appliance you would need and much much more. My husband and i stayed with our 12 year old and adult son and daughter in law and had plenty of room inside and absolutely loved the outdoor space. It was a bummer we couldn't use the fire pit but all the other amenities more than made up for it. Garage had corn hole, ping pong and Foosball tables. Lake view out the front and mountains in the back. Short drive to west entrance of Yellowstone. Would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone coming for vacation. Owner was quick about answering any question we had.

Home in Yellowstone

This beautiful and spacious home was the perfect place for our family to have fun and relax after our adventures in Yellowstone. The house was well appointed with lots of little extras. Our family enjoyed the corn hole, ping pong and puzzles and we enjoyed the added kitchen amenities. The views from the front and back porch were incredible! We will forever cherish the family memories of this home and hope to someday be back!

Great stay but some things deceiving

Overall, it was a great place to stay. The beds were super comfy, nice black out blinds in the bedrooms, quiet area, and fairly large place, with a variety of games to play. Some cons: The listing states 11-12 minutes away when it reality it’s 20-25 minutes away. It also appeared like the lake was closer than what it is. My son was looking forward to fishing, and thought he could walk to the lake, unfortunately couldn’t. I was expecting the fooseball table to be in the house as well, not the garage. Appliances and a couple couches are super old. Microwave manufacturer sticker says 2001. Layout of the furniture was difficult to watch TV, with more than a few people. Also, didn’t understand the burn ban, since our Yellowstone tour guide stated it was a record year of rain. I’d stay here again, if only the listing was more accurate.

Beautiful and Peaceful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed this property! It was about 15/20 minutes for the West Entrance to Yellowstone, which was perfect for us! We were far enough away from the West Yellowstone area, but close enough to the park that it didn't hinder our visit at all. The cabin is right off Henrys Lake and the view from the deck is so serene. Everything worked wonderfully while we were there and there was plenty of space for the 3 people that stayed, and would've been plenty if we had an additional 3 as well like we originally planned. Janet was so easy to communicate with and check in and out was a breeze! Thank you for the use of your home!

Surrounded by the mountains

The Black Wolf Lodge was delightful. Surrounded by the Idaho mountains, the views from every window was breathtaking. It was further from Yellowstone than we expected, but it also was not part of the "congestion" that is associated with the park. We enjoyed our stay.
