'Wonderful place and lovely host. Their bioluminescence tour with Luis was amazing! Bed is comfortable. Be aware that there is no AC and it is 80 degrees at night. They have a great set up, fans pointed at the beds. Highly recommend this proprty!'

'Beautiful property with an incredible view. The driveway is not for the faint-hearted, ensure you have a 4x4 capable vehicle and avoid coming after dark for your first night. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed to make a couple meals at home. Our host Carlos was a extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay. Would definitely come back some day!'

'We stopped in Puntarenas on our way back from the west coast to San Juan. Unless you are curious to see all of Costa Rica, there is not much at all in this area. It's a filthy, poor area with little to offer, even though it is so close to the beach. The hotel is kind of old and tired with an unclean looking pool. Food is mediocre at best. We had a suite in the newly build tower, supposedly with a view over the marina. No view unless you stand on the balcony. We asked for a different room but got...

'I saw a flea on one of the beds. We only stay for 2 nights. The price was affordable. They have a nice pool but we didn’t use it. Personnel were very friendly, welcoming and friendly.management has this rule that you have to turn off the ac unit when not at the room. Otherwise you will be penalized with a fee. 'I traveled with my wife and two kids. The property is just in front of the beach and you are surrounded by jungle. The rooms are excellent, the staff is amazing and the food was delicious. It is very private and you can walk through amazing trails to nearby beaches. There is parking on site. Do consider driving a 4x4 so you can get all the way to the hotel as there is a short drive on sand before reaching the property. 'Beautiful location, with beautiful swimmingpool with view over the Ocean, Ara's and whales. Friendly employees (95%), but for a 5star expected I more... For my Birthday I got a special dessert. 'Leuk kleinschalig hotel middenin Montezuma. Als je de straat over steekt, sta je zo op het strand. Restaurantjes liggen letterlijk om de hoek. Grote kamers met koelkastje en AC. Hangmat voor iedere deur. Vriendelijk personeel. Lekker zwembad met genoeg ligbedjes. Gratis thee en koffie en snacks bij receptie af te halen.
