'Breakfast was ok. The owner was very helpful in coordinating breakfast time. Paid extra for ac, this was not specified before but was 6 dollars a day. We have paid a lot less in Iquitos for a similar room with ac and hot water. Overall a good experience and very convenient to the airport.'

The manager, Francisco, went out of his way to ensure we had a memorable stay and helped out with booking transportation and anything else we needed. When we mentioned it was our son's birthday, he even decorated our hotel room door and had a birthday cake...

'The hotel is pleasant and conveniently located near the plaza and La Casa De Fierro. Luisa at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and accommodating breakfasteas delicious include with my room. However, our stay was somewhat hindered by another staff member who failed to provide water at the front desk; I had to request it from my room, only to be told to purchase water at the bar for 9 soles. It is unreasonable to expect guests to pay for water, as if I order to my room it should be...
