Desde el momento de la reservación ya te están atendiendo personalmente por WhatsApp. La chica Alejandra es muy profesional y simpática . Supero nuestras expectativas. El hotel es nuevo y tiene alberca en el techo y todo está muy limpio . Viaje familiar nos gustó mucho '

'The property and the staff at icaco were absolutely amazing. One of the most relaxing vacations my wife and I have done. It was convenient, comfortable , and very well maintained. We watched the sunset from the pool deck and sunrise and sea turtles from our balcony. The girls which gave us massages were just as amazing. This was our 2nd trip to Isla and it has become one of our favorite destinations. We will be back and we will definitely stay at icaco again. Thanks for the great memories'

Rooms were ok (just old cement, not sealed or able to clean well-bathroom especially) but having air conditioning was a bonus! The BEST part of this property is Lily the manager! 'Hotel Ixchel is a beach front hotel that has access to the most beautiful beach in the island. The restaurant has good food and drinks. The staff is friendly and very flexible. The only disadvantage is the noise. There’s loud music always playing from different restaurants around adjacent to the hotel. '

'Nautibeach is in een woord geweldig. Wij hadden een appartement op de begane grond. De inrichting was wat verouderd, maar de rest maakte dat meer dan goed. Geweldig zwembad en strand voor de deur. Evenals een goed restaurant. Verder alles op loopafstand.'
