' The hotel is very clean and pretty. Staff is nice. Family friendly was so so wished they had some water slides. Kids tried the wipeout but that didn’t last much. The wipeout is the inflatable on the water. Kayaking was fine with an adult of course. Paddle boards are from 16 yrs old. Snorkeling was ok. Seaweed and dark water ruined it. Went at end of September and the beach was meh. Had maybe two days at the end with clear water. Seaweed smelled and ruined the beach stay. Pool and property is...

'Tienen un servicio y hospitalidad que nunca había tenido en ningún hotel, todo el tiempo están pendiente de ti, en la playa, en la alberca, a nuestra llegada y un día antes de nuestra salida querían saber cómo poder ayudarnos con el transporte al aeropuerto etc.. los restaurantes están ricos, tiene un área de toboganes para niños espectacular, la playa está muy bien y dormimos delicioso. Definitivamente fueron unas vacaciones para descansar y no preocuparnos por nada. '

'Everything was wonderful! But the mosquitoes were unbearable. Ruined the experience a little. More should have been done to control it. Also my room was stuck at 69 degrees and I wasn’t allowed to make it cooler. The whole resort needed to be cooler indoors. But other than that everything was wonderful. The food was the best I have ever had. '
