Only one was functional due to one of the rooms in 1207 that the room’s air is connected to the rest of the unit that is not temperature controlled. Not a hard fix, some dry wall above the door of the second room could keep the temperature in that room. « Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. La terrasse est intime et ombragé ce qui était parfait pour nous. Les photos représente bien l’endroit. Par contre les équipements de cuisine sont limités. Nous en avons fait part au propriétaire pour améliorer son service »

« Punto a favor es la cercanía al centro del pueblo de Ponce . En contra , se anuncian con piscina y no la tienen disponible, por cierto ese fue el factor clave para que lo tomara ; necesita mantenimiento, cucarachas , el aire acondicionado estaba derramando agua . Si tienes problemas de movilidad el dormitorio está subiendo una angosta escalera en espiral , no tiene ventanas al exterior y en el interior se escucha todo el ruido exterior. »

« Buyers beware.Its advertised as close to beaches. It was 3 beaches that where completely closed. The neighborhood looked bad like we could get robbed when the sun went down. There were strey dogs cats and horses runing up and down the street. (Yes strey horses). The apartment was very very tiny. I used the toilet and my knees were literally touching the wall.The closet did not open all the way. Only 1 ac in the bedroom. We stayed 20 min then took our things and left. Its also an hour and a half...

« Primeramente la foto en el site no es lo que recibes. El lugar huele a humedad terriblemente. No hay ventana en el cuarto. Sucio el piso y con basura en el safacon de la cocina. No habia jabon para bañarse tampoco. Este lugar no debe estar en VRBO pues le da mala reputacion .applicaci9n. »

« Stayied for a weekend vaction, had some small issues cruise changed dates but the host was flexible, the apartment was perfect, myself and my guest both . Great palce to stay everything i needed was in walking distance good places for food, entertainment, and alot of stores to shop at. Would love to stay again when i return. »
