« 其實整體來講也不算差，酒店位置的確是不近車站，但隔離雪場真的很近，可以步行就去到，店主其實很友善，只是有點言語上溝通不到，但其實他也很用心幫忙，只是旅館就只他一個人，所以要點時間等待，浴室是共用的，所以也不要有甚麼期望好了，不過熱水是有的，只是要點時間去準備，所以整體用這個價錢來說，其實已經算不錯了 »

« Excellent hotel, it sits on the top of the hill that overlooks the city. The room was very comfortable and we happen to also have a private osen inside our bathroom in the balcony which was amazing. I recommend getting the room with breakfast. The city doesn't open early as most restaurant in the city opens in the afternoon. Unless your planning to skip breakfast I highly recommend you get breakfast option with your reservation. « Excellent hotel, the room was very spacious. Great buffet breakfast selection. Friendly staffs. Free shuttle bus to Yuzawa station every 30 mins. The snow resort is right next to the hotel; however, it was not yet opened when we were there (mid December) We had to travel to Kagura. »

« Super friendly staff and very helpful with providing information. The room is decent nothing outstanding, so is the public bath in the basement. But this place is quite convenient to an izakaya just few minutes away foot and also a local small onsen. The staff made this place worth it. »

« It was great experience staying at this place. Right after we went to gala Yuzawa ski came back to the hotel and dipped ourselves into the large Ofuro in the basement. Smoking was not allowed inside or well outside the house so it was the only problem me and my friends faced during the stay but all in all we enjoyed our stay at the place. Place is warm and cozy. Recommend for friends and family or in groups over 5 people. »

« The hotel is located near the ski lift, which is very convenient. You can also rent your ski gear from the hotel. The continental breakfast is very good. However, the hotel is really outdated and dirty. The common areas were full of live and dead bugs, and the wifi was not accessible in the room. The room was clean though, but some bugs made their way to the room. There is only one restaurant in the town. It is a 12 minute walk from the hôtel and it closes early (6pm). Cash payment only.
