« 高齢の母親と二人で宿泊。事前に連絡したからかもしれませんが、エレベーターから近い部屋にしていただき、移動も苦になりませんでした。夕食は食べ切れないほどの量、朝食も品数が豊富で、お米は「コシヒカリ」食事に関してはとても満足でした。スタッフも丁寧に案内して頂き、とても満足。今回2回目でしたがまた紅葉シーズンに行きたいです。 »

« Checkout staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The onsen was welcoming for foreigners and we were informed tattoos were okay too, which was an unexpected surprise. Amenities (including robe for the onsen) were provided and there were vending machines easily accessible as well. Short walk to Yuzawa Station so it was very convenient. Compared to other properties in the area, it was nice to stay in a hotel with a private bathroom for only a slight price increase from hostel-style accommodations....

« It was great experience staying at this place. Right after we went to gala Yuzawa ski came back to the hotel and dipped ourselves into the large Ofuro in the basement. Smoking was not allowed inside or well outside the house so it was the only problem me and my friends faced during the stay but all in all we enjoyed our stay at the place. Place is warm and cozy. Recommend for friends and family or in groups over 5 people. »

We provided everything we have including death certificate but the facility insisted the whole prepaid fees in full are not refundable.
