Location de vacances de particulier à Irmo

« The pictures of the house are heavily filtered. It says newly renovated but it is literally falling apart. The beds are the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced as well. The walls have holes from what looks like someone trying to find a stud with a nail. The place was clean but the walls are stained. The biggest thing was the floor in the bathroom area was severely rotted to the point of falling through. I tried to contact the management company and got nothing but automated responses....

« This neighborhood is sketch. The houses next door look like they are about to fall apart and have backyards full of junk and trash. We were legitimately nervous someone would break in and steal our dogs. We pulled up to this house and it had a mailbox stuffed full and an Amazon package on the front steps. It was very confusing. The front porch is filthy and not just because it’s pollen season. It hasn’t been rinsed off in probably a year (photo)There are cigarette butts strewn all over the...

« Overall, we had a nice stay. We booked this property because the close proximity to our son‘s wedding venue and the rehearsal dinner at Liberty on the lake. The inside of the home was clean, and it matched the listing. The location worked well for our group, and we enjoyed our time there!!However, I do think future guests should be aware that the property could benefit from better maintenance. The outdoor areas, particularly the dock and steps, have several rotted boards. One other thing to be...

« Generally very nice, the road appears to be a main route through the area and does pick up a fair amount of traffic noise, especially when the road is wet. »

« Host responses were often quite delayed. There were cockroaches in the trailer. Deck was charming though full of cobwebs. »

« This was just a quick overnight stop for my party of 9. There was plenty of space for everyone. I would say this property needs some TLC and a deep clean. The cost for one night was far more than the property warranted, in my opinion. »

« Stay was amazing, I'd stay again, but I would bring my own pans, those pans in the house I'd consider an embarrassment and would never feed my family off those. I was sad the can opener was broken. Overall for how much it costs the toilet paper and paper towels could be nicer, not trying to complain either just being completely real. I would have so much fun doing a remodel on this house the gorgeous potential it has. »
