The hotel itself it new, no molding no smell, etc. and that's the only good thing. Maybe it's my fault for not reading the hotel description carefully: IT'S EXTENDED STAY ! NOT a typical hotel/motel? At least the front desk kept saying! (I stayed in one before and didn't remember I encountered any issue.) NO coffee or coffee maker, NO iron or iron board, NO blackout curtain! UNLUCKY me the horizontal blinds in my room is about 8" shorter than the window so there's a big gap at the bottom of the window, and the light outside surround the building SO bright that I was unable to sleep. The mattress is sitting on a thin metal frame that you typically have in your kid's or spare bedroom. I'm 5ft tall and weight 97lbs, but every time I turned it made so much noise that I wish I could sleep on the floor instead :-(((
