*EACH RENTAL REQUIRES A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT NO EXCEPTIONS AND YOU NEED TO PROVIDE YOUR NAME AND LAST NAME. IF YOU PAY FOR THE RENTAL MEANS THAT YOU AGREE WITH THE OWNER'S POLICY OF SIGNING THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR POOL HEATING.

GUEST PRIVACY: Your privacy and comfort are our priority.
The Homeowner/Manager will have the right to enter the residence should there be reason to believe that Guests are exceeding the maximum occupancy or violating agreement terms that would cause damage to property. For security reasons, home is equipped with a doorbell camera and exterior surveillance cameras with no sound which are located towards the front, side and back of the residence. The cameras are monitored only in case of an emergency or when the house is unoccupied. The cameras will send us an alert when the cameras are moved. The primary bedroom and bathrooms are controlled by an electric/motorized remote control the eye is not a video camera, the family room and bedroom with blue curtains have a door/window glass break sensor/detector and the eye is not a video camera do not try to cover it or move it. Please read the information left inside the white binder on the kitchen table. Once again, for the sake of clarity, there are no surveillance cameras inside the home during Guest’s occupancy and we do not check the exterior cameras unless there is an emergency or requested by Police.
