IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
- PETS - Pets are welcome with a $150 pet fee per pet. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits. If discovery of unauthorized pets is made after your departure, a penalty fee plus any additional cleaning charges will be assessed. Please inquire about Service Animals and next steps to waive any fees.

- POOL HEATING - Spa heat is included. Pool heating is available for $250/night, with a 2-night minimum and heating required on consecutive days. For best results, pool heating should be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Heating fees are non-refundable. Pool temperature may vary and cannot be guaranteed due to weather conditions, improper use, or changes to the heating settings during the stay.

- PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE: Guests are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use, and we'd love for you to tag @stayfieldtrip when sharing. We are capable of hosting events or renting for commercial shoots, if you are interested, please send us a message!

- LARGE GROUPS: This property is part of the development; Elemento49, a gated community of 9 units that are all Short Term Rentals. If you have a larger group, we have 2 A models (Gold & Platinum) that can hold up to 18 guests each. Or you can rent multiple units to accommodate larger groups.
