Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.

★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Pets are allowed for a $150 fee per animal. However, we kindly request that they are kept off of the beds and sofa. If pet hair is found on the beds, there will be a $150 fine per bed where hair is detected for additional cleaning.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

The property includes parking for up to 4 vehicles. If you need to bring an additional vehicle, please notify us in advance so we can register it with security. Street parking is prohibited and will result in a significant fine up to $750 per occurrence. Parking is only permitted in the garage or driveway.



Please note that the Terra Lago community does not allow vehicles with business signage, logos, or any commercial branding to be parked in public areas or driveways. If you are traveling with a work vehicle or commercial van, it must be parked inside the garage at all times. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines issued by the HOA, which guests will be responsible for.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - Community quiet times are between 10pm and 8am. Amplified music and is not allowed. Respectful low volume music until 10PM is allowed. All music must be off after 10PM.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the amount posted on the listing. Parties & Events are strictly prohibited. We require the contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this property. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.

We are a short drive to some of the best golf courses in the valley:



PGA West - 12 minutes

Indian Wells - 11 minutes

La Quinta Resort & Club - 11 minutes

SilverRock Resort - 10 minutes

Desert Willow Golf Resort - 15 minutes



★ How far is the property from the Coachella Music Festival/Empire Polo Grounds? ★

We are approximately 5 miles, with an estimated driving time of around 7.5 minutes. The property is very conveniently located for festival-goers.



★ Is there an additional Guest Fee? ★

To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone and help us maintain the property, we apply an additional guest fee of $15 per person for groups that exceed the standard occupancy.



Here’s how it works:

• Each property has a standard occupancy of 1 guest per bedroom.

• We allow one additional guest beyond that at no extra charge.

• If your group exceeds that number, the $15 fee will apply per extra guest.



Please note that our gardening and pool maintenance team visits the property regularly to ensure everything remains in excellent condition. They will access the outdoor areas only and will not disturb your stay.
