Beautiful 3 Bedroom in Indio!

Former Model Home. This wonderful fully furnished home boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Travertine flooring in all common areas and luxurious carpet in the bedrooms. The grand kitchen lends itself to entertaining with a massive center island, lots of cupboards, walk in pantry, newer fridge, upgraded touchless faucet, gas cooktop and wall oven. The inviting great room with its wall of windows is complete with a built in entertainment center, Maximum weather station, surround sound, crown molding and a cozy fireplace and views out to the back yard and golf course. The large master has a slider out to the patio, large spa like bathroom with separate tiled shower, soaking tub double vanities and a HUGE master closet. Second bedroom features a Murphy bed so could double as an office and a jack and jill bath is attached. The third private bedroom with it's own en-suite is a great space for your guests. Separate laundry room, garage with epoxy floors and a golf cart garage. Outside on the Southern exposed covered patio is a built in gas BBQ with separate burners, an inground spa, fountain and a firepit. Located on the golf course with mountain views this home is perfect. Indian palms offers 3 pools, gym, tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball and free exercise classes. There is a golf course in the development with a restaurant. This is resort style living at its best!

Indio review.

Overall, the house was very niceHouse was very cleanYou are not given a pass to get any gate so you have to go out of your way to go through the guest gate every time. Also, owner does not leave adequate supply of toilet paper. TV is very difficult to work. There is no manual explaining the house and how to work the TV or hot tub. Ice machine is broken.

Indio holiday stay

My family appreciated the opportunity to stay and this clean and beautiful property. The host was very accommodating and the listing was accurate. Close to many wonderful restaurants. We enjoyed the community tennis courts and had no issues.

Golf and Tennis in the Desert

My friends and I have stayed twice at this property in Indio. The home is modern and clean with a very well-equipped kitchen, three full bathrooms, and a nice backyard with a built-in hot tub. The community has lighted tennis courts which we used and a golf course open to the public, which we also used. Our host was very responsive when we had a couple of questions regarding the property and we would definitely stay there again.

Spent 3 months at this property this winter. The house was in excellent condituon and presented as advertised and as pictured. Very clean and well maintained. Owner was responsive whenever we contacted him. Furnishings were nice and in good condition.

Disappointing

I stayed here with my husband and our cat when our home experienced uninhabitable water damage. It was necessary for us to re-book our stay an additional two times and VRBO makes no allowance to extend the initial booking without incurring the ancillary fees. Each separate booking resulted in triplicate cleaning, pet, and insurance fees. The mgr assured me he would refund the repeated cleaning fees but not the pet fee. While the home was superficially clean, we had to curbside diaper-reeking garbage from the previous guests. The ice maker was frozen over and we had to defrost it to get it working again. We had to clean out the overhead bathroom light fixtures as they were filled with dead bugs. We had to re-install master bath towel racks, re-hang vertical blind slats for privacy, program the garage door opener, and re-wire two entertainment systems to view TV. No pots are provided for cooking and no toilet paper or paper towels beyond the initial single rolls were supplied. Landscaping service was not provided and we had to sweep massive amounts of sand from the patio and entry way after numerous wind events in our 3 week stay. We closed off two of the three bedrooms and a bath and never used them. We vacuumed daily and left the place very clean. Several days after departure, the mgr sent me a few pictures without ANY explanation for our attention. We were left to figure out what we were supposed to be looking at. We believe they were two glass end table surfaces and a yet to be washed beach towel with strands of cat fur on them. After that, my requests to have the additional cleaning fee refunded were ignored. We ended up paying an extreme amount in cleaning and pet fees. (VRBO doesn't allow me to specify amount. ) For all the work and trouble we did to make and keep this place nice, his refusal to refund the duplicate cleaning fee was inexcusable. I would no longer stay again or recommend this place.

We were very happy with our stay. We had a few questions with the check-in, but the property manager answered them all in very short order. We are already thinking of booking another stay later this year.

We were 4 adults who found a clean, well-maintained, well-equipped home in a friendly gated community. The owner was perfect in sorting our stay at short notice, and communication was excellent throughout. We would definitely stay here again.

Tennis and golf getaway

Stayed at this property March 2022. The kitchen, family room, and dining area made up a wonderful great room. The kitchen was very well stocked and has large granite (or possibly quartz) counter tops and a large island. The beds were comfortable and each of the three bedrooms has an on-suite bathroom. The master suite was very large with very nice tile features in the bathroom. We had a question about the spa (which worked well and was very relaxing) and the owner was very quick to respond and get our question answered. We plan to stay here again if the property is available for our trip next year. Mike and friends

A beautiful home

Floor plan was great for my family, but pillows were not provided for the 3rd bedroom pull down bed and paper products were lacking. The refrigerator worked great but the ice maker never worked. The spa worked great after new batteries were installed in the controller. After purchasing a few items we had great time and really enjoyed the beautiful home.

Lovely modern home in quiet safe community

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely, well appointed, extremely clean home in Indio. The home owner was very responsive to our request - clarification of the wifi password - and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely stay again.

Good place to stay

Great stay, house is spacious, clean, well equipped and up to date. Patio area with deep hot tub or plunge pool was nice, and built in Bbq. Outdoor and indoor fireplaces use keys to start. Club has tennis courts, gym and pool. Internet was good.

Beautiful home in great location!

Our family of 3 stayed at this house for a week over the Christmas holidays and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house was very clean and incredibly comfortable. My husband enjoyed soaking in the hot tub, the beds were very comfortable, and furnishings top notch. The kitchen is huge, so lots of room for cooking our meals. Importantly, the Wi-Fi worked well and was fine for us, as we had to work remotely several of the days we were there. We had several questions for the owner, and he responded promptly. Overall, a very good stay.

Beautiful home. But not as described in the listing.

Property mgr will not return messages once in the property. Spa didn’t work and was dirty. Wi-Fi didn’t work. TV was not a smart tv as described. Not able to watch the tv due to picture quality. Surround sound was not working. Towel holder in master was broke. Master bath shower head leaks water. Only one small trash can. House was poorly stocked with paper items. Altogether a nice house but was poorly described in the listing.

Nice property

The property and house itself were great! It was clean a little warm (but turning the ac on fixed that quickly) when I arrived. Although I had been trying to reach the homeowner to ask to pay for an early check-in and they did not reply infact they didn't get a hold of me until 2 hours after the check in time which was a bit frustrating. Also the internet never worked the whole time I was there. I tried unplugging and plugging back in but did not work. The only thing was I tried texting him about it but he never responded so maybe he never got my message? Otherwise the place was great!
