Enjoy the open floor plan and impress your friends with your hidden talent on the Billiards table or take in a roaring fire while creating new memories of your vacation.

Outdoor:
This spacious yard is over half an acre and features all the amenities you would need to enjoy your vacation, you will wish you booked a longer trip. Start your morning off with a friendly game of Pickleball on the brand-new court, then cool off in the large pool that is sure to impress. The sparkling pool features a tanning shelf great for the kids to splash around in, dry off on one of four lounge chairs. Make sure to bring your favorite food to barbecue on the built-in barbecue or your delicious pizza recipe to cook on the outdoor pizza oven. Plenty of room for the family to watch the chef in action on one of six bar-height chairs. Enjoy your lunch on the patio dining table with room for 12 and enjoy the outdoor television, then head over to relax on the patio furniture with room for eight. When you are ready to turn up the fun, choose from a game of oversized Connect 4, Classic Bean bag toss game or enjoy the green grass with your favorite soccer player. Finish the night off with your favorite glass of wine on one of six Adirondack chairs around the natural gas fire-pit.

Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Indoor:
This vacation home opens up to a spacious living room with a family kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 60-inch Smart television and natural gas fireplace in comfort under the switch-controlled ceiling fan. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for Seven. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a Samsung french door refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops and bar height dining with seating for Five. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided. Move over for some fun in the Game room, which features a Pool table, an Arcade video game system, and darts! The Bonus room is located next to the front door and features extra room for the family to hang out during the day plus a pull down Queen-sized Murphy Bed with two reading lamps that can sleep two extra guests.

Master Suite 1 is located near the laundry room and features a King-sized Bed, a 60-inch Samsung Smart television, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a large walk-in closet with access to the back patio and a love seat with room for two. The private, en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower, and his and her vanity sinks.

Suite 2 is located across from Bedroom 5 and features a King-sized Bed, a 60-inch LG Smart television, a switch-controlled ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.

Suite 3 is located next to the front door and features a 1 King-sized bed, with direct access to the patio. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.

Casita Suite 4 is located next to the garage and features a Queen-sized Bed, 48-inch Samsung Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.

Casita Suite 5 is a detached Casita Suite, located near the pickleball court and features a King-sized Bed, a 60-inch Sony Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink. Located just outside Casita Suite 2 is a natural gas fireplace and seating for two.

Bedroom 6 is located across from Suite 2 and features one Full Over Full with Twin Trundle Bunk Bed and one Full Over Full Bunk Bed, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and large reach-in closet.

Bedroom 7 is located to the left of the front courtyard and features a Twin Over Queen Bunk Bed, HD Smart Television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet with direct access to the front courtyard.

The hallway bathroom is located next to the laundry room and features a tub and shower combo and a vanity sink.
