Vintage Dream - Luxury Mid- Century Modern

Vintage Dream is a 2000 sq. ft. Mid-Century Modern home that is the perfect place for a short or long stay during your Indy visit. We are centrally located to downtown (7 miles), the Indianapolis International Airport (14 miles) and Indianapolis Motor Speedway (15 miles)

When you stay at the Vintage Dream my number one emphasis is on cleanliness and free amenities such as a coffee bar, bottled water, popcorn, Aveda shampoo, conditioner and hand and body wash. Also coke, beer and wine are available for purchase at your convenience. I have traveled all over the world and know the little things that are important, after all when you travel it is the experience that makes the difference.

The home has been updated with hardwood floors throughout. You will have access to the entire house including the basement which has an additional family room, double bed, and a washer and dryer. There are beach towels in the hall closet. The Foyer doubles as a study with a printer that you can connect to via wifi. Cable TV in living room and family room. Apple TV with Netflix and movies purchased on iTunes in master bedroom.

Guests have the entire house, pool, and fire pit on an acre and a half of land that is very private yet in the middle of the city convenient to restaurants and shopping. We go above and beyond to provide all of the amenities for comfortable and convenient stay! Starbucks is within walking distance or a very short drive!

Please note that I have nice white linens. If you stain or damage them you will be responsible to replace them. Your deposit will be withheld if the home needs to be deep cleaned after your stay, such as the oven, stain removal of items, excessive garbage removal (you are allowed one dumpster), etc.

Additional guests: This home is setup 6 guests. Any additional guest need to have pre-approval at the time of booking with a $25 charge for each additional guest per day. If you do not have prior authorization you will be asked to leave with no refund. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS PLEASE! I strive to keep my place very well maintained.

The home is on the same property as our accounting firm that is open full time during tax season only. Off season we do have "by appointment only" usually on Wednesday's and it is in a separate building. There is a parking area that accommodates 5-7 cars. The parking lot does have a surveillance camera on the parking lot only for security.

Please set the alarm when you leave the property to avoid being responsible for any incidents.
