« Terrific staff »

« The staff was nice the rooms were clean but there were times I didn't feel safe in the room because people were walking through the parking lot bums a couple of times at night there's no true security there yes your rooms do lock but if you want to have a cigarette you have to go outside which is fine but that's when you run into the weirdos at night »

« Just imagine, college buddies who graduated with a degree in business buy an old motel and revamp it to the definition of “hipster” in 2015. That’s what this place is. Super cool though. »

« Wonderful friendly and helpful staff, nice hot breakfast and easy parking. Clean room and comfortable beds. Only complaint was that there were a lot of rude guests that were loud and disrespectful. Quiet time for the hotel isn't until 11 pm and other guests were in front of our room on the covered porch area drinking, smoking and playing loud music and talking on their phones on speaker until close to that time. « Situé à l'entrée dela ville, face au petit aéroport. Hôtel très calme, de type montagnard, en bois, un grand hall, salon avec canapé et cheminée, ainsi que les tables et le petit déjeuner. Un accès vers la piscine et le jacuzzi, ainsi que vers la laundry et la salle de sport. Une petite boutique avec des prix abordables puis juste avant les chambre se trouve deux distributeurs de boissons et friandises et la machine à glaçons. Il y a également à disposition, le café, différents thés, du chocolat...

« Wonderful hotel great staff »

« The lady at front desk (Jackie?) was very nice, fun and helped us in many ways. It’s an old building and that’s a part of experience. The only disappointment was the jet tab in our room. Probably not used much though looked clean, the hot water was brownish and a bit challenging to use it. Still we enjoyed our stay :) »

« Conveniently located hotel for us in Petoskey while we visited family in the area. Was near shopping, restaurants and even a casino if you’re into that kind of thing. Only complaints we had were the fairly tight/limited parking and that the room walls didn’t seem to insulate sound very well. »

They will close you down instantly Unacceptable. Room 103 had a bathroom door with 1/3 of it MOLD. On the bottom it was coming apart. I could not believe it when I saw it. « Just a great time - nice lodge feel. Meticulous grounds. Beautiful sunrises along the river. Beds very comfortable. Rooms spacious. Everything clean and well kept. Pool beautiful. Nice fireplace and firpit. Housekeeping exceptional. A few nice choices for breakfast. Just a fabulous place to stay - we'll return. »
