Hôtel près de Indian Hill Forest Preserve (Rockford)

« Poor breakfast options. We had to go elsewhere and pay for a better breakfast. I would not have minded paying more for a good breakfast at the hotel. One day they forgot to clean our room, they say because we had a no disturb sign at the door, bit this was not true. »

« Negatives are minimal, definitely needs to be updated. Lots of noise, heard every person walking by. Breakfast was not bad. Could use another waffle maker as there was a line for those waiting. »

« Clean room »

« Not much for breakfast. Room was out dated. It was clean but lacked a lot of character . »

« La reception »

« Oui »

« Our room wasn't finished the floor wasn't installed that ran from the vanity into the closet nothing but sub-floor and no base cove molding. My wife fell in the pool area the tile wasn't textured for traction just plain floor tile very slick when wet. »

« Bon choix chambre spacieuse et accueillante »

« Staff were very helpful and friendly. She let us drop our bags early. »

« The site is old but clean. The elevator takes forever. I just about froze to death at night though. The temperature dropped at night and I turned the a/c off before the sun went down but the heat would NOT come on in my room so I slept in a sweater and jacket. »

« Pet-friendly »

Also, Expedia should be mad about the King room they're presenting as "only one left at this price". That room they gave me was directly in between the elevator and the pool. The floor outside the room was always wet from people leaving the pool area. my daughter and I could not sleep due to people being...

« Tres belle chambre avec cuisine équipée Petit déj buffet et piscine »

« Staff not accommodating - asked for another pillow and told housekeeping wasn't there so too bad; no soap in laundry area for purchase, no ice in ice machine; thin walls so loud guests easily heard; didn't feel particularly safe , Wouldn't recommend and I'll never stay at this chain again. »
