'I saw this hotel all over social media and was really excited to stay at RESET. We arrive at check in time and was told that we could not go to our room yet, I confirmed and ask if check in time was at 3:00 pm. The front desk agreed and stated no apology at all just that they were fully booked last night. Eventually we got told we could go to our room around 3:45pm.
