« Rooms looked like they weren't swept. Visible damage on the bathroom door, Jetted tub (sharp metal busted on overfill drain), dresser, and flooring. Outdated climate control and microwave. Towels had dirt and black flakes on them. Hotel front desk tried to put us up on a Double bed room when we reserved a King Sized with jetted tub. They didn't know if one was available. Then, gave us a room with the king and no jetted tub. Then, we had to return and correct it to finally get the room we wanted....
