'De locatie van deze villa is schitterrend. Op wandelafstand van het centrum van Saint -Maxime en direct aan het strand gelegen. Het domein zelf is prachtig. De villa is groot, mooi ingericht, goed onderhouden. En de uitzichten zijn gewoon fenomenaal. Wij hebben hier met onze familie enorm genoten en zouden zeker overwegen om terug deze villa te boeken. '

'het was een heel mooi huis met een prachtig uitzicht.jammer dat je van alles ver weg was,vb bakker,warenhuis,een wandeling op het gemak.in het huis hadden we veel last van mieren,en de bbq was nog vuil en borden ook,bubbelbad was ook niet proper.na een mail naar de eigenaar was dat in orde(bbq en bubbelbad).'

'Found the “Luxury Contemporary Villa” on VBRO and confirmed its availability with the owner. She was extremely helpful and made the process easy and enjoyable. She recommended, Michela, a professional concierge who helped make the most of our trip! The villa was perfectly located walking distance to town and the famous “market” so no parking required, and we enjoyed the short drive to the beaches. The 4 bedroom on suite villa was comfortable and we enjoyed lounging and swimming in the pool...

'Eine tolle Villa mit traumhaftem Ausblick und allem was man benötigt! Ein Bäcker, Metzger und kleiner Supermarkt ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch zum Strand kann man zu Fuß laufen. Sehr nette Vermieter und eine reibungslose Übergabe. Das angrenzende Haus stört überhaupt nicht, man lebt komplett für sich alleine auf seiner Seite. Wir kommen wieder....!'

'Kleine slaapkamers, kleine bedden 140cm met slechte matrassen, kleine douchecabines, haperende en stinkende airco’s die het niet altijd doen. Kapot geknapte waterleiding die de slaapkamers overstromen. Slecht internet en bovenal een contactpersoon die dus zeer laconiek reageert als de airco’s het niet doen of als er een waterleiding spontaan knapt met overal waterschade als gevolg.'

The villa is equipped with all the necessary equipment to fully enjoy staying indoors on a break day or to function as home base for sleeping and cooking. 'The house is nice, everything what you need is there. Furniture ok but a bit tired. Lovely terrace, quiet neighborhood. We had bad luck because there was a lot of noice of the gardeners across the road. The house is not near a beach, you have to walk for half an hour and descend the mountain. There are some stone stairs to go down the hill. Hyeres is a lovely place especially the old part. We visited also villa Noailles, recommended! The contact with the owner and the “key keeper” was fine.'
