'As English only speakers we really enjoyed our time at BaliAn even though most of the staff spoke only a small amount of English. They really looked after us, and with the use of Google Translate we managed to get things sorted out very quickly. This is a really lovely hotel, quiet and great to get away from the busy hustle bustle of Tokyo. 'Mooie schone kamer, met prachtig uitzicht vanaf de hoge verdiepingen. Niet een hele grote kamer maar alle faciliteiten aanwezig. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Engelse was ook prima te communiceren. Ontbijt was matig, wel lekker maar weinig keus.'
