'So we had drilling noise allday, Pool and sauna closed, whirlpool was nothing more than a cold bath, kitchen had no utensils, tv did not work. And receptionist just lifts the shoulder and looks away. What a silly place. Better have chosen another spot'

'The location was brilliant, as were the staff in being friendly and helpful. The Hotel is quite traditional and some parts need updating, but you can see that they are actually undergoing the process. The room and facilities were very clean. Breakfast was 10/10'

'The moment we arrived in the room 1175 the stench of chlorine and feces was strong. The corridor carpet looked old and dirty. We had to leave to a different hotel. O have never had a bad experience at an Ibis’s chain hotel. This is was my first bad experience at an Ibis. Also, the room was depleted of any kind of amenity, just a hanger next to the window. Might serve some type of public but not me. Now I will think twice before going to an Ibis hotel in the area of Belo Horizonte.'
