'Hotel excelente no centro de BH. Equipe competente, cuidado com os detalhes. Apto organizado.

'The location was brilliant, as were the staff in being friendly and helpful. The Hotel is quite traditional and some parts need updating, but you can see that they are actually undergoing the process. The room and facilities were very clean. Breakfast was 10/10'

'Overall, I had a nice stay and found the hotel comfortable and conveniently located. My room was nice and generally comfortable, and the staff were polite and welcoming. That said, the hotel is definitely starting to show its age. There was noticeable wear and tear and some visible damage in my room that could use attention. The television was also quite old and outdated—not a Smart TV—and the available viewing options were very limited. Another challenge for me as an international guest was...

'So we had drilling noise allday, Pool and sauna closed, whirlpool was nothing more than a cold bath, kitchen had no utensils, tv did not work. And receptionist just lifts the shoulder and looks away. What a silly place. Better have chosen another spot'

'Bien situé, pratique, bon rapport qualité/prix Parking gratuit'

'Good hotel in hilly area. Own transport essential. No 220 current available'

'This hotel was absolutely awful to work with. The staff lied and were not accommodating at all. Would not recommend'

'Hotel was in bad conditions. Very different than than pictures on Expedia'
