'I paid 600 USD per night for 2 nights. I expect a certain level of service when i check into a Ritz carlton. They use this covid situation for selling their rooms at a high price but strip all the service away. 1) There was no roomservice 2) When we were there there wan't any bar open in the hotel. 3) The safe in the room didn't work and i have been waiting in the room for hours till someone came to fix it. 'Oud hotel, wel schoon. Moesten $ 38,23 per dag extra betalen voor parkeergarage. Tevens het dagelijkse “kick back menu” hoeft voor ons niet omdat we op dit tijdstip niet in het hotel waren (betaal je dus indirect wel voor). '

'Net, schoon hotel midden in het centrum op loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden. Valet parkeren dus geen parkeerproblemen. Vanwege de locatie natuurlijk wel gehorig maar voor ons niet storend. Dus als je centraal in New Orleans wilt zitten in een comfortabel hotel dan kan je dit hotel gerust boeken.'

'This hotel has old world charm and is located within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see in the French Quarter. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. We parked at a lot across the street (~$40 day). The area around the hotel itself is what you would expect in down town New Orleans. When we checked in, the staff were less professional than I expect from a 5 star, but that may have been a random occurrence. Overall, I would definitely recommend it if you don’t mind a little...
