'Absolutely fantastic stay- we were met at Male airport and looked after to our flight to Ifuru Island which is outstanding. All the staff looked after us with extreme courtesy and were extremely welcoming. Everywhere was very clean and cared for and the food very variable and to a high standard. Snorkelling was amazing we saw fish/stingrays/reef sharks/turtles/ resident heron. On our return we were met again at Male airport and looked after and helped to check in for our flight home. 'My experience at the resort felt special from the moment I booked. The team stayed in touch through WhatsApp and answered every question with patience and warmth. When my outbound flight was cancelled, Husaam from reservations went above and beyond, offering to move my dates even after the cancellation window, which gave me huge peace of mind.

'The property is relatively new, so no visible defects or signs of wear. Most of the employees are friendly and serviceminded.
What I experienced as less positive:
- employees who are functional friendly and not warm friendly. I expected more warm friendliness in a 5* resort. There were also employees who didn't even greet you when you encounter them, which I found quit rude, especially because it wasn't busy.
- Also did I get the wrong information about a bathtub in the villa, when I called...
