'Service, hospitality, staff were excellent. Mohammad, Yassin, The chef, & and the third server were warm, attentive and accommodating to our dietary needs. Few flaws of this property- this property is in a remote location, deep inside the village. Few rooms, particularly the nearest rooms to the office at the ground floor and the one at the top floor, smelled terrible. Not sure if the smell was related to the cleaning supplies used or the old wood furniture or unwashed area rugs in the room. '

'I had a great stay in the ibis Ouarzazate hotel. Nice staff, if you had a question they were there to help you. I rented a car, but also without a car you can move by taxi. Next to the hotel was 24/7 police, it felt really safe. Good breakfast and I enjoyed the big swimming pool. If I’m back in Ouarzazate I will be back'

'We really enjoyed our stay. It is like an oasis in the desert. Very nice peaceful atmosphere, very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Children friendly, lovely swimming pool, outdoor gym, places to relax. Room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. If you hire a car and look for some quiet place away from busy town, this is definitely the best option.'

'We caught the host in a good mood and had a great time. The room is gigantic, shower is good and hot (see note). Breakfast is very good and the tour thru the garden was nice! Don;t go if you have no private transport. Location is way, way, way, away from anything. NOTE: if you remove the shower head you will have tons and tons of _hot_ water. I hate water saving shower heads!'

'We hadden per ongeluk een tent geboekt. Zeer primitief. Harde bedden. Geen doeche of toilet. Gemeenschappelijke douche en toilet zeer primitief en aan de andere kant van het terrein. Gelukkig werd er de tweede nacht een eenvoudige kamer geregeld. Warm en koud water wisselden elkaar af in de douche, maar gelukkig hadden we nu een eigen toilet en wastafel.'

'It was difficult to locate the property and there are no signs to direct to the property. Once inside, The Kasbah is fantastic surrounded by fruit and olive trees! The dinner was excellent. The staff are very helpful. The room is very well equipped including a wood burning fire place!'
