« This was the perfect cabin for my wife and I on our anniversary. Plenty of space, comfy bed, very clean. The one “negative” was the lack of counter space in the bathroom for my wife's stuff (). The pool was great and just steps away. We came into town as storms and flooding were rolling through and I reached out to the host several times for updates. « This property was exactly what was expected. It is a little rustic cabin that is far enough off 290 to feel like you are not in the always busy Fredericksburg. It is small, but the 4 of us had a lovely time. Mornings on the porch swing were my fave. »

« We've stayed there over several years and really enjoyed it. But its getting old. Front door lock and skeleton key were a nightmare. Several minutes of jiggling to get inside on arrival. Both of us tried, and then had great difficulty getting the key out of the lock. Same thing happened after we returned from a day of shopping. Took almost 20 minutes.
