'We picked this for our 2 night memorial weekend stay. It was so close to Hilton heads beaches it worked perfect for us!! Ample parking, a pool, luggage carts, nice room. Only thing in the queen bed rooms that sucks is the bathroom sliding door is terrible. Either it gets stuck and you have to try to get out or it doesn’t stay fully closed. 'First the positives. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. Parking was fine. I think the problem that I had with Spark is that it's listed as a Hilton facility. This raises expectations. Honestly, it's more like what you would expect from a nice Super-8 than a Hilton. The carpet and furnishings are very bare-bones. The pool is tiny. Breakfast is nothing to write home about. With the exception of two of the staff, most of the staff were just barely cordial. The rooms...

'Grout in the bathroom was dirty and the shower head sucks lol but it’s an old hotel, so it was well kept for the price and age . Very cute'

'Suffice it to say we did not have a good stay. In fact this hotel nearly ruined my attitude for our entire vacation. I had planned a long review to describe the issues, but my wife convinced me to let it go. However, my bottom line is that I will never stay at an AC Hotel again and we will tell all of our friends to avoid them as well.'

'The rooms were very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were only cleaned every 2 days per policy. Which is fine but at least make sure the rooms have clean towels. We when returned we had to go ask the front desk for clean towels. The breakfast was the same thing everyday and it was not worth eating. Overall it was a nice stay for the money.'
