Lake use is only allowed from May 1st to Oct 31st between sunrise and sunset

INTERIOR WOOD STOVE: Not to be used during the summer months
Spring-Fall: No more than 2 logs on at a time
STOP adding wood two hours prior to leaving

OUTDOOR FIRE-PIT
No flames more than 3feet high and 4 feet wide
FIRES MUST ALWAYS BE ATTENDED AND FULLY EXTINGUISHED (NO MORE SMOKE) PRIOR TO LEAVING

We request that the property and all furniture be left exactly as it was found to avoid any additional cleaning fees.

LAKE ACCESS - use of the lake, swimming area, and boats is only allowed from May 1st to Oct 31st between sunrise and sunset at your own risk, liability and responsibility. Power boats are prohibited.

PARKING - no street parking. Maximum 10 cars allowed. Please parkin a driveway only. If you cannot fit all your cars into the driveway the extra vehicles can be parked in the Hunter Resort parking lot ½ a mile away or in the mini mall across from the Valero gas station.

QUIET TIMES - We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! HAVE FUN, BE
SAFE, AND WHEN ON THE DECK PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS. Specifically, between the hours of 10pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum.

OUTDOOR FIRE-PIT New York Campfire Law: No flames more than 3feet high and 4 feet wide. FIRES MUST ALWAYS BE ATTENDED AND FULLY EXTINGUISHED (NO MORE SMOKE) PRIOR TO LEAVING. Do NOT make a fire if the wind is strong, if we're in a drought and or if the grasses are very dry! If you make a fire, keep it under control and never have more than a few logs going at any one time. This will keep the sparks down and risk to a minimum. Always make sure the fire has burned out and OR been dosed with water before you leave the area. Intoxicated people managing fires are dangerous to all and should not be allowed near any fire!
