« We had a wonderful stay here!!! Beds were comfy, lots of space to entertain and particularly enjoyed the fireplace with TV above. The only downside was the living room was perpetually cold while other rooms would be toasty, and the space heaters didn’t emit much. We also didn’t have enough paper towels. But truly loved staying here and would love to come back »

Our host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful, which made the entire experience so much smoother and more enjoyable. The property itself was cozy, well-maintained, and perfectly located to explore Hunter, NY. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived and left with wonderful memories. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! »

« Accommodations were nice, and as expected, but I do get mildly annoyed with any ownership that expects me -- you know ... the customer, on vacation -- to do a lot of the heavy-lifting. Like collecting all the garbage & putting it outside for them; cleaning up the linen & putting in the washing machine; filling the dishwasher; etc. And then, even after we did all that was requested: I still waited 2-3 weeks to get the 1500 deposit back.Couple other minor pet peeves here from memory: single-ply...

« This place was perfect for our large group! It was so so close to the ski resort, grocery store, and had all of the kitchen supplies we needed including plenty of plates and cups. We didn't have time to try the hot tub but the sauna was great. Usually we have people on the couches but there were enough beds for everyone »

« We had a great time at Nataliya's home. Everything was like advertised, and Nataliya was great and quick at communicating. It's clear that this house is not only for guests, but that is also a house for the owner which makes it fully equipped and thought for families. »
