Beautiful, two level house with a high fence in the back for your privacy and security. This house is located in a gated community; the eastern part of it, has a nice beach, ideal for sunning and enjoying wonderfully relaxing, located in the east coast of Puerto Rico. It has everything you need for a real nice vacation. It is a magical place - an enchanting retreat located about 60 Km. from the capital, San Juan and about 45- 50 minutes driving from the International Airport Luis Muñoz Marin in San Juan. In addition to our beach, at less than 30 minutes away from the house you may visit other beaches such as Seven Seas in Fajardo, PR, Luquillo Beach in Luquillo, PR and The Rain Forest in Luquillo, too. About 10 minutes from the house you can visit The Palmas del Mar Resort. There you will find a Hotel and Casino, a golf course, tennis courts and you can rent a boat to go fishing or to know about the smaller islands. Also you can rent boat in Fajardo area. You choose it and we have it! This one story house has 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. One master bedroom with queen sized bed. Other 3 bedroom has queened sized beds inside and other bedroom with three 2 pool out twin beds. Garage for two cars, fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable and spacious living room, alarm, TV with cable TV and WI-FI !The pool is out of this world ! It starts at 3 feet on the shallow end and goes up to 6 feet on the deep end. The house has a BBQ gas or charcoal with a nice table for six chairs, in the terrace near the pool and six more high chairs. ! An amazing vacation is guaranteed in this home! Three bedrooms in the first floor and two in the second. Three and a half bathroom, two and a half at the first and one in the second floor. The pool is a really great one, the kitchen is very spacious and full equipped.
