'This is a classic, older hotel just off of the West Point post. It looks and feels like an academy property, from the decor to the plentiful military exhibits throughout the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful also. A great experience.'

The breakfast had diverse offerings, and the dining room staff were exceptional -- very friendly and helpful with every aspect of the dining; they really brightened up our day. The room cleaning staff were also very friendly, courteous and helpful. The doors between rooms were somewhat scuffed (needing some paint) and the carpets seemed a bit worn, but overall...
