'The house was more than adequate for my 5 family members while we visited Anschutz Medical for a serious surgery for my grandson. The backyard was private and pretty which we needed after spending all day in the hospital. Everything we needed was provided; the washer and dryer were welcomed; and linens were plentiful. 'The house was nice and had all of the amenities we needed. The lake across the street had a trail all the way around and was nice to walk around. My son enjoyed fishing in it as well! The view across it was beautiful. It was centrally located to all that we needed. We would stay here again.'

'We came to Denver to celebrate birthdays. We spent the day at the zoo, and it was an easy drive to the house. My grandchildren had so much fun! There was a Monopoly game that they had to continue the next morning! They wanted to spend another night, one of them said his favorite part was the VRBO house! It was immaculate! The beds were so comfortable! The host was wonderful to work with, he was very reponsive to any question we had.'

'I came to town to visit and help my brother with a construction project in the Brighton Area. This property was very conveniently located near the project site. We had a bit of a confusion with gaining access into the home using the digital locking system. I sent a text to the property manager requesting assistance and Ashley was very quick to reply. We also had a slight issue with the water service but, again, the property manager AND the unit owner was on the phone with me helping to resolve....

'Beautiful home within close proximity to everything. Loved that it was in a quiet neighborhood that with beautiful views of the mountains surrounding it. Would definitely stay in it again when traveling back to the area.'

'First, the condo was very clean and presented well. Our family of grown kids, spouses, and grandchildren stayed there together and the four bedrooms perfectly met our needs. We each had enough private space, and the added basement bedroom with extra living space/bathroom allowed us all to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped, and the showers all had complimentary toiletries. It made for a nice family weekend as we celebrated a family wedding.'

'My son had his bachelor party trip and stayed here with friends. Plenty of space for all of the guys. Nice backyard but definitely surrounded by many close homes. They had a great time on their trip and he even got to go to Estes Park a couple of times. It was an easy location and easy check in. Coffee maker was broken but no other major issues. They had an absolute blast and enjoyed watching movies in the theater also. Thanks for the stay!'

The house is not overly luxurious, but it's clean and very well stocked with anything we could think of, and the beautiful pond and hot tub were very special.
