'Great hotel for travelers. Staff were super friendly and got me checked in a little early, made it easy to check in, and the hotel was clean, beds were good + comfy. Would stay again next time I'm in Waukesha!'

'The staff were helpful, although the room was spacious and clean, it smelled. The hot tub was not very clean. The pool had lots of towels, although they were small. I was charged a $105 for incidentals and the charge was dropped 2 days after checkout.'

'A very unique experience within this small but very elegant old hotel. The check in process was very friendly, having the lounge available for coffee, snacks, light breakfast was really nice. The room was so nicely decorated, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was perfect! We will definitely stay there again if in the area.'

'From the moment we approached the front entrance, a staff member rushed to the door to assist us, as my husband was in a wheelchair. They assisted us with our luggage and directed us to check in. The person checking us in Check was very friendly and promptly had us on our way to the room. Breakfast was included and we were pleasantly surprised with their great selection, including freshly made pancakes in-less than a minute, not to mention the coffee was very good. I highly recommend this...

'Friendly persons, clean room and a good breakfast. Very close to a busstop which I only can recommend. For $ 2.00 the bus drives you straight to the center and you just have to put the money in a box near the busdriver. It’s cheaper if you go by car(parking costs)'
