'It was a fun experience to stay in such a unique spot. My teen and I enjoyed the kayaks at sunset. And waking up to that view was lovely. Our hosts had a lot of nice touches with the coffee station, snacks and nice bath products. (And while the location is a little unusual, road traffic wasn’t really too bad with the air conditioning on.) it was really cool to stay right on the water in a former fishing cabin, while still being easily able to explore Swansboro, Cedar Point and Emerald Isle. '

'It is right in the middle of shopping, but in a secluded location. Very clean and comfortable. Cute! Would stay there again.'

'Everything was exactly the way it was described and pictures were on point. The house was so clean and smelt fresh. Beds were comfortable and all the living room was as well. Perfect location to the marina to put our boat in. And only 10 minutes from a grocery store and restaurants. The host answered any questions we had in a fast manner. No issues checking in. I highly recommend staying! We will definitely be back. '

'Lovely, clean home! Very pet-friendly and has everything you need. The game room is awesome with foosball, pool table, jukebox, and an arcade console with 100s of games. Snuggly blanket on couch and cute decor everywhere. My only suggestions are to add a regular coffeepot (keurig is there but pot would be great if guests bring their own coffee), add some hooks in master bath and replace dead light bulbs there.'

'First, I have to say that all communications with Jonathan were excellent. No matter what question I had was immediately answered. The house was as described, very clean and had everything needed for a relaxed stay.Boating, don't expect to bring your own boat as the marsh is very shallow. There is a tandem kayak there but I brought my own kayak with us and it was great, spent a lot of time on the water.Overall it was a great relaxing trip but if you want a busy area with night life this is not...

'Exactly as described in the listing. More essential amenities than many VRBOs we have stayed in including kitchen supplies, coffee, linens, shampoo/soap etc. Visiting family loved the theatre room! Kathryn was always easy to communicate with.We plan to stay here again or next door at her other property when we come to visit family. '
