'We visit family in Devonport regularly and this is one of the best places we have stayed & will be sure to book again. Very comfortable with plenty of room for a family or small group. Windows and huge deck overlooking the beach with lovely views and stunning place to watch dramatic sunrises & sunsets! Very Well equiped kitchen, comfortable warm beds, plenty of heating for winter, nicely decorated. Close to Cole’s beach & walking / cycling track into the centre of Devonport. Very efficient...

'Property was very clean, neat and well appointed. Really appreciated the extras like breakfast items, luxury towels, linens and toiletries. The property had a quite relaxing vibe. Owner was attentive and receptive, quickly addressing a couple of issues that arose. Expedia displayed this property during a search filter including a fireplace, however, there is no fireplace. Heating is electric/air conditioning. '

'This was a great property for a family get away. It was child friendly and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped for a large number of guests. Very close to the beach! DVD player didn’t seem to work in lounge room and some of the toys were broken and mixed up. '

'The house is spacious, comfortable and fully equipped. It is a stand-alone house on a big block with a beautiful garden. The location is excellent, only a short stroll to bakeries. Cafes, restaurants and a brewery. Highly recommended. '

'My husband and I booked the Penguin beach house as a place for us and our 3 year old daughter to rest after the excitement of crossing on the boat. It was a wonderful place to stay. The heater had been left on for us so when we arrived on a frosty June morning, the house was warm and inviting. The house had a friendly fee and contained everything you could want. The shower was amazing!!'
